Carlos Pérez has worked in the direct selling industry for nearly two decades and has spent over fifteen of those years opening and developing new markets in Latin America. Carlos began his career at Nu Skin Enterprises where he held numerous executive management positions, including General Manager of Mexico, Director of Operations in Puerto Rico, Sales and Marketing Director for Latin America and Senior Director for Latin America.

Carlos joined Kitchen Fair in 2007 as a Vice President of Sales and on this role he was responsible for developing new distributor opportunities and enhancing brand value. Effective 2008 he was appointed as Executive Vice President, focusing the company’s marketing efforts on highlighting the unique Kitchen Fair opportunity to drive recruiting, reinforcing the company culture and developing and launching new innovative and category-creating products. This past December 2010, Carlos assumed the role of President of the company, position that supervises all aspects of the company.

Carlos and his wife Heidy are the proud parents of four children. He has a Bachelors degree in International Relations and Portuguese from Brigham Young University. Due to his professional background and corporate experience he has lived in several latin american countries for whose culture he is really passionate.

Since joining the Regal Ware family in 1983, Jeff Nelson has been instrumental  in the financial development of the company. Between 1985 and 2002 Jeff served as a President of Regal Acceptance Corporation, a division of Regal Ware that provided consumer financing services to the Direct Sales Industry.  He has also held several Executive Management positions including Controller  for the Saladmaster division, Vice President of Kitchen Fair and Regal Acceptance, and currently serves as Vice President of Finance for Saladmaster and Kitchen Fair, two of the most successful divisions of Regal Ware Inc. headquartered in Texas.

Originally from North Dakota, Jeff grew up in Wisconsin and received a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Prior to joining Regal Ware he was a certified Public Accountant with the international accounting firm of Ernest & Young. He and his wife Barbara are the proud parents of two college sons.

Sara Capó

Director of Sales
On June 20th Mrs. Sara Capó joined the Kitchen Fair family in the position of Director of Sales for the México and United States markets.
Sara brings 20 years of leadership and experience in the Direct Sales industry to Kitchen Fair. She has worked for companies such as Oriflame, Zermat EE.UU. and Ebel and she carries a degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico, Arecibo.
Sara is married to Miguel, who works in the industry of Industrial Ventilation Equipment, and they have three children: Christian, Joustine and Argenis. “We are a family focused on supporting each other mutually in all of our efforts and goals, the major part of my inspiration comes from them”, said Sara. In the nearby future, they shall be relocating to the Arlington, Texas area.
