The Kitchen Fair covers close hermetically and form a vapor seal that allow your cookware to work as a “mini-oven.” Each Kitchen Fair cover features basting rings to help recycle the moisture captured inside the cookware. Foods are allowed to utilize their own natural juices during cooking; therefore, little or no additional liquids are needed.

The covers are interchangeable and can be used with different Kitchen Fair cookware items. You can choose from our variety of sizes, colors and materials to meet your needs and preferences.  

Kitchen Fair covers are available in cast aluminum and glass. In addition, all cast aluminum covers have an interior non-stick coating for easy cleaning. 

Cast covers are available in three colors:
